Tags Detach

lindris tags detach

Detach a tag from one or more subscribers

Synopsis

DELETE /api/tags/{id}/subscribers — remove the tag from the given subscriber IDs. Subscribers not carrying the tag are silently skipped.

Subscriber IDs come from --subscriber (repeated or comma-separated) or, when no --subscriber flag is given, from stdin (whitespace- or comma-separated). Duplicate IDs are collapsed; a zero or negative ID is rejected before any request.

The response carries the API's own count and 'failed' list. Treat the count as IDs the API accepted rather than IDs it verified: a subscriber that never carried the tag is counted as detached and does not show up in 'failed'. Confirm with 'lindris tags subscribers <id>'.

The API accepts at most 100 IDs per call, so larger inputs are split into batches automatically and reported as one merged result. If a later batch fails, the IDs already detached are reported alongside the error.

bash
lindris tags detach <id> --subscriber=<sub-id>... [flags]

Examples

bash
$ lindris tags detach 1 --subscriber=101 --subscriber=102
$ lindris tags detach 1 --subscriber=101,102,103
$ echo "101 102 103" | lindris tags detach 1

Options

  • --subscriber strings - Subscriber ID to detach (repeated or comma-separated; or pipe IDs on stdin)
