Create a campaign draft

Synopsis

POST /api/campaigns — creates a draft campaign.

By default the draft starts empty. Pass --template-id (a template ID from lindris templates list) to seed its content from a template.

To start from an existing campaign instead, use campaigns clone — duplication is its own endpoint, not a flag on create.

Recipient targeting is not settable here (or via update): pick the audience in the dashboard using the editor link printed on success.

lindris campaigns create --name=<name> [flags]

Examples

$ lindris campaigns create --name="July Newsletter"
$ lindris campaigns create --name="July Newsletter" --template-id=01JQXYZ...

Options

• --name string - Campaign name (required, max 255 chars)
• -o, --output string - Output format: json|text. Default: json
• --template-id string - Template ID to seed the draft from (max 255 chars; see: lindris templates list)
